The suggestion gave him some credit. He continues to enjoy riding road and mountain bicycles for recreation. He is also a member of the veteran cable television broadcasting team (along with Phil Liggett, MBE as well as the late Paul Sherwen) who serves as road cycling expert commentator for the NBC Sports Network cable network’s coverage of the Tour de France, Vuelta an España, Giro d’Italia, Paris–Roubaix, Tour of California, and other international cycling road races.
